A reminder that property taxes are due by Friday, October 31st. If you are planning to pay in person know that lines can get long at the end of the month. Office hours are 8 to 5, Monday-Friday or mail in your payment to us at 906 North River Street, Hot Springs, SD 57747. All property taxes will become delinquent November 1st and will have interest added.

You can look up your property taxes online using the Webtax Programs for Oglala Lakota County.

A reminder to our local churches and community organizations. Your PT44 for Continuing Property Tax-Exempt Status is due by November 1st. You should have received a copy of this form in the mail. If you did not you can contact the Director of Equalization office at 605-745-5136 or [email protected] to get another copy. This form can also be completed online.

The Fall River & Oglala Lakota County Courthouse will be closed Monday, October 13th, in observance of Native American Day. Regular hours will resume on Tuesday.
