2019, has been postponed until a later date due to road conditions.

Courthouse Closed – Presidents Day

The Fall River County Courthouse will be closed Monday, February 18th, 2019 in observance of Presidents Day. Regular hours will resume Tuesday, February 19th, 2019
Tax Notices 2019

Landowners in Oglala Lakota County should be receiving their tax notices in the mail this week (Jan 14th). Taxes are due in two payments. The first half is due by April 30th, the second half by October 31st.
If you do not receive your tax notice please contact the Treasurer’s Office at 605-745-5145.
Taxes can also be viewed online using the County’s WebTax program.

The Oglala Lakota & Fall River County Courthouse in Hot Springs will be closed Thursday & Friday, November 22 & 23, 2018 in observance of Thanksgiving. Business will resume as usual on Monday, November 26th. Have a Happy Thanksgiving!
