Courthouse Closed – New Year’s Day

The Fall River & Oglala Lakota County Courthouse will be closed Friday, January 1st in observance of New Year’s Day. Regular hours will resume Monday, January 4th. Wishing everyone a Safe and Happy New Year.

Some of the polling places in Oglala Lakota County have changed location. See the list below for the new locations. All polling places will require a mask. Please check in with the greeter upon arrival as some areas also have a limit to the number of voters who can be inside at any time.
Batesland: Oglala Lakota County Schools – Bill Conquering Bear Gymnasium – 409 3rd St, Batesland
Cuny Table: Red Shirt School – 38 Tatanka Numpa Rd, Redshirt
Kyle: Little Wound School – 438 Main St, Kyle

Early Voting Moved to Sacred Heart Church

Early voting for the 2020 General Election has been moved from the Johnson O’Malley building to the Sacred Heart Church in Pine Ridge. Bring your ID and wear your mask.
Deadline to register to vote is October 19, 2020.
