The first draft of the Oglala Sioux Tribe – Shannon County Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan is available for review. This plan is cooperative work of the Oglala Sioux Tribe and the local Shannon County government. Comments and suggestions for the county should be directed to Emergency Manager Frank Maynard, (605) 745-7562.
