The Fall River County Courthouse will close at noon on Tuesday, December 24th, and remain closed through Wednesday December 25th in observance of Christmas. Regular hours will resume Thursday, December 26th.

The Oglala Lakota & Fall River County Courthouse in Hot Springs will be closed Thursday & Friday, November 28 & 29, 2024 in observance of Thanksgiving. Business will resume as usual on Monday, December 2nd. Have a Happy Thanksgiving! Update 11/27/2024: Courthouse will not open until Noon on Monday due to a waterline repair.
